MTN & APPLE NOT REPLACING BENT IPHONE

good day <br> please note my iphone 6 has bent, through no fault of my own.<br> as the world knows this is a common issue.<br> according to my service provider MTN, neither apple south africa, nor apple in the US will authorise the replacement of my iphone, as they classify it as physical damage.<br> if they do take the phone in they expect me the customer to pay for the replacement phone even though it is within the 12 month warranty period.<br> i am hoping someone can contact me urgently, as i am extremely upset, and will be taking this much much further !
