Misinformation to not following through as discussed.

Bit of a disappointment to go into an world renowned Apple Istore and then have to wait , not because all were busy or there was a line, but it really seemed to me they were having meeting with the new recruits. After some time someone came and told me just to hold a little longer so someone can help me, I said, okay, no probs, I'll wait, thanks. After a while the manageress had to assist and I bought what I came for, an Apple TV device for CASH. I get told, I will be getting a 1 year free apple TV subscription, only to find out when I wanted to activate account, device stated NO, just 3 months. It took me a while to phone in and enquire... Then after 4 attempts to get helped, after choosing wrong option and a machine talking loooong to get to a point, in phoned back, call got dropped, and another I held on for 6 minutes so the consultant could find out something... I dropped the call, phoned back bit also in her defence she did phone me back and apologized for the wait, then to just tell me, it's no longer 1 year for apple Tv for FREE, only 3 months... Ain't that ****ty... Apple S.A that is not nice of you. So disappointed. ?♂️
