MacBook pro issues

These guys seem lost, I have a problem with my Mac Book Pro (SN: C02HC34FDV7L). I was asked to take it any store, when I got there (Nelspruit) it was rejected. When I wrote back to Andiswa Vatala. She decided to ignore this. After doing my research, i found that all MacBooks made in 2011 to 2013 have issues.
