MacBook Pro 2019 Model is a not a performance machine

I bought the latest MacBook Pro 2019 model earlier this year - completely disappointed with the performance of this machine.

It constantly runs out of memory which results in the computer to slow down to a point I have to restart my Mac. I have never had to restart a Mac before? It's already run out of space even though I keep absolutely everything on my I cloud. It overheats at random times all the way up to 90 degrees? Often when I lock the computer and use the Touch ID to unlock the Mac it freezes and takes about 2 mins before working again? The touch bar is the most annoying thing I have ever used and the keyboard is absolute ******* - even though I was promised an improvement from my 2017 MacBook Pro.

HOW IS ANY OF THIS ACCEPTABLE FOR A MACHINE I PAID R24K cash for AND BOUGHT IT AS A PERFORMANCE MACHINE? I want a refund and want to speak to some kind of management.
