MacBook OS crashed - All user data lost

My MacBook Pro is just over a year old. I hav experienced machine freezing on numerous occasions.This is not supposed to happen. 2Days ago it just stopped working -with Macintosh HD greyed out.I took it2 iStore Fourways technician,Barett,as I could not afford to lose any of my data.He ran Disk warrior 2repair the partition.Disk warrior did not work,so he attempted an archive install.Once the install was complete all user data was gone.I write &produce stage shows &all shows info &scripts over the last year were lost.I also do large-scale events &months of prep 4upcoming events were lost. I had 2 presentations/proposals for Million Rand events that I will now have to forfeit,as deadline is this saturday.This has cost me hundreds of thousands.The technician stated that he'd neva experienced this before &had 2b due 2a faulty drive. I can assure u this is not due 2human error as I am incredibly careful and protective of my possessions.The manager then stated that I must replace and upgrade my hard drive as \it is more reliable".The product I bought SHOULD BE RELIABLE!
