Macbook Air - Apple iCare useless

I purchased a MacBook air last September and in less than a year the battery stopped working. I took the device to iStore Mall of Africa and begged them to give me a loan machine because I didn't have a spare laptop to use. The technician said they cant give me a spare machine because I bought the machine online (istore business). I have been waiting for 11 days for my battery to be replaced. I am falling behind on projects and really want this to get sorted ASAP. Apple care support is just there to take your money but when you need things sorted they take time.
