Loyalty Means Nothing to Apple

On the 24th of July 2019, I purchased Black Hawk Down on the South African iTunes store. Three weeks later I began sorting out my movie collection and I realised I already owned it in disc format. So I contacted the iTunes store for a refund thinking as a loyal customer who purchases regularly on the store such a request will not be an issue. This was not the case and my request was turned down twice. This is upsetting as being a loyal customer who buys regularly from the store means nothing. I will now begin moving my digital purchases away from Apple for cloud storage, music and movies. Severely disappointed as a loyal Apple fan.
