LEFT HANGING.

Lastweek I called unsure by istore to enquire about my insurance as to why they haven’t debited and they said my account had insufficient fund, I was surprised because my account always has funds way enough even.

So the lady I spoke too said I should wait till the 4th of October for them to debit, minutes after that call I receive an email from Siviwe Mzele saying my policy has been cancelled, I then email back for clarity because I had just spoken to them via a phone call with an arrangement promised by them that they will debit on the 4th and then all of a sudden I receive a cancellation of my policy.

Till today I have not yet received any feed back. It’s annoying that one has to go this extra mile for their attention.
