Lack of Support

<p>I am so over apple iphones ..... the complete lack of support astounds me that such a renown brand has little or no support. I have been waiting for 2 months now to ry and reset my apple ID ..... it keeps referring me to the website and says it is in process and will take a few days ..... well 2 months down the line and I still have no access to my phone ..... call the tollfree number and it does not get answered ..... no other contact details are provided so one cant call them from another cellphone ..... This is pathetic to say the least .... what happened to cusomer service? Will have to change my brand of cellphone.</p>
