iwatch lunch fail!!

Yesterday was suppose to be the launch of the new iwatch in SA. What a joke. At the istore in eastgate, there was 2 watches in this round tube display. The problem is they where off. When i ask the apple guys if they can charge it. They couldn't, giving my some ****pie explanation that the security tag is in the way of the chargers. I've never seen a launch of a product so pathetic like this. We waited 6 month for the iwatch after the world already has it. Then the day it is here,the can't charge it. The istore is suppose to be a great customer experience, where you interactive with the product. My recommendation, rather go to Samsung, apple is losing its edge.
