ITunes taking money out my account

Apple ITunes started taking R8.50 from my account everytime I was due to pay and didn't have money in my account, instead of canceling my subscription, they took R8.50 twice a day every day, this has happened over 50 times, they have taken over R400 from my account (excluding payment for iTunes)

I then canceled my Itunes subscription, and they continue to take money out of my account, I have tripe checked that my subscription is finished
