Istore's most disappointing experience

I purchased phone, 2 October 2022 order PLG22928. I asked Lindumusa from the chats to update my address and phone number then she confirmed that it was done. The next thing, the phone was delivery to the previous address that I asked to be changer. Long story short, I contacted the Skynet myself to change the address, which ended up being another failure so I asked the to return the phone back to the shop. I bought the phone on the 2 October 2022 today it's the 25 October 2022. I have no phone and my money has not been refunded every week I am told that I will get my money next week till today nothing not even a courtesy call.
