Istore woodlands - worst service EVER!

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

1.we waited for 3hours to finalize a new contract! 2. Brand new phone - battery heating up within 3hours and battery flat! 3. We had to pay the fees to get the iPhone back to the store! 4. Handed the phone in - notified us there was nothing wrong with the phone - had to stand in line AGAIN to fetch the phone. 5. Tested the phone again - once again heated up again with battery not lasting even 2hours on flight mode. Drove back to Woodlands Istore - stood in line again Notified the phone was in fact not working ((mention again this was a brand new phone out of the box) Had to come back to fetch the phone again - and then they don't understand why I am highly upset to stand in line again for 45min!!! Where the problem started with them in the first place!!!!!! Shocking- last time we will be changing the contract with istore. No contact nr, no proper service!!!!
