My iphone 16 pro just stopped charging and couldnt switch on or charge , i took it to Istore sadnton city on the 04/06/2025 and was told my phone will be ready in 2 to 3 business days, i followed up in the 06/06/2025 i was told they had ordered a part for the phone and waiting for delivery, I then followed up on the 09/06/2025 only to be told that the ordered part was faulty and they had t0 order another one , then after a few back and forth with the consultant on email , I was told they don't have stock for the required part, this has been an a distasteful experience considering that you place reliance on your gadget to link your home security, banking , car only for a phone to not be able to be fixed in 2 business days in 2025 , if this was Samsung I would've been sorted a long time ago, I am even considering moving my entire family to Samsung we cannot afford such an inconvenience
