iStore Online contract application

Appalling online service!! I app**** for a contract online and was supposed to receive feedback within 48hours, its nearly been a month and I am yet to receive feedback. Ive called customer care with empty promises of calls back from the online service team. I finally managed to get through to a very helpful lady by the name of Bokiwe we has given me more assistance than any of the other ins****/online staff have. I am no longer interested in a contract through the istore as the overall service has been appalling, slow and unhelpful to say the least!
