iStore not responding!

Went to iStore menlyn six weeks ago to get a new iPhone 6, they had none in stock, assured me I was on the waiting list. 3 weeks later I got an SMS for THE WRONG PHONE. Phones them and the lady was super helpful, assured me that they would get stock o the phone that I wanted the next week and that I would receive an SMS. It is now 3 weeks later. Yesterday I phoned them 3 times, no ons can assist me. Twice I was put on hold for so long, the phone eventually went dead, and the third time I was put through to menlyn, and no one answered, eventually the line went dead. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
