Istore Menlyn - Worst Service Ever

Went to the shop at 3 this afternoon, ask me to take the line 45-60 min , no worry I can do some errands whit the time to kill

Service was pathetic, consultant was not knowledgeable to handle my upgrade in a professional manner.

The assistant store manager walk around and chase the staff and remind them there are 4 more people in the queue Wasn’t the service bad enough already.

Took my phone of after 2 hours of standing around after he ask me to put the chair back where it belongs which I offered my daughter to sit on. We were standing with no pleasure or exitemand

Tech guys ask me to leave the phone with them for 45 minutes for updates and final transition, when I got back at home , the istore technician didn’t even change my sim card.
