Istore Menlyn

My experience with istore Menlyn was appalling to say the least! Im a true Apple user, especially with iPhone. Having owned, apple laptops, rist watches , iPhones....buying my next iPhone, would have been my 5th iPhone I would have owned to date, however im considering moving on to a new brand that hopefully gives me better service! Al round...my story is: I phoned *** to find out who has a iPhones 11 in stock: trade in from a 7 Plus 64gb to an 11 for my wife, and not minding the payment gap I have to pay. The lady kindly assisted me in asking which stores are closest to me, i mention the closest once being Centurion or Menlyn, she then confirmed Menlyn has stock, ecstatic by the news I told my wife to go to menlyn to do the trade in, after a few failed attempts at the Centurion store without any success. After work my wife arrived at the istore in Menlyn, get this, they have stock but we cannot to the trade and purchase because istore Menlyn are keeping their stock for customers that wants to upgrade their contracts!??? Thanks istore Menlyn....you just lost a real apple *****, and a cash paying customer! Fyi: I have a 8 Plus that I wanted to trade in for a 11Pro Max, now obviously not anymore!!!!!!!
