Istore insurance is no good

I am so disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism IPhone insure has shown me . On the 06 of December I lost my Apple Watch that is Insure with the Istore insurance.I have been trying to log a claim online since the 06 of December with no luck the online registration does not recognise my Id number and cell phone . I tried calling in many time and the call centre is forever experiencing high call volumes and takes me to an answering machine that I’ve left 100 call me messages. Not only did it end there I went to Istore century city to lay a complaint on the 16 of December and I was told that they will escalate the matter my details were taken and they send to a chat group and I was assured that I will get a call back again on the 20 of December I went to Istore canal walk and the manager who assisted me assured me that I will get a call in no time. today is the 22 of December I have once again tried registering on line and calling in still no positive feedback I am so disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism from such a high end brand and disappointed .
