Don’t renew ur Cell Phone with IStore as they are *********** Had our contract renewed at IStore I’Langa Mall as VodaCom had no IPhones. We were in a hurry and leaving on holiday the next day and found out they had given us the wrong Contract We phoned Customer Care on numerous occasions with promises that they would contact us either by phone call or E/mail we had one phone call a week and a half later, with the promise of coming back to us in 24 hours , it’s now nearly two weeks and the problem is still not resolved. They are totally *********** and customers mean nothing to them.
