Istore - DISHONOURABLE BISINESS PRACTICE

2 years ago i wanted to buy a MAC and had to open an account to purchase said MAC - Needless to say they opened my account - no problem - and issued me with the Istore card. After i got my MAC , a couple month later i opened and FNB savings account and then discovered that Istore BLACKLISTED ME for the application documents being ********** !!! After a YEAR i am still having issue accessing the funds in that FNB account i have open. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW AN ACCOUNT TO BE OPENED - AND ACCUSE CUSTOMER OF ***** - THEN STILL PROCEED WITH CREDIT FACILITY???? MAKE NO SENSE
