iStore/Apple Service Centre lost my phone

<p>I took my iPhone in to the iStore in Pavilion, KZN two weeks ago (10 Sep). It was sent to the Apple Service Center in Joburg. I received an email from the Service Centre on 14 Sep stating that my unit had been dispatched and that I could pick it up in 1-2 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave it nearly a week to ensure the phone would be ready when I went in on the 20 Sep. However, it was not at the iStore, and the system was not showing where my phone is. No one is able to tell me where it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 24 Sep, 10 days since my phone was supposedly dispatched, and it has still not been located.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition, the iStore in Pavilion do not have sufficient stock of loan phones, so they have not even given me a loan phone to try and lessen the inconvenience.</p> <p> </p> <p>The iStore now owes me a phone, either a new one, or my phone sometime very very soon. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been hugely disappointed by the poor service and the seeming lack of concern shown by the staff and I have many friends in my area with iPhones who will hear about this shocking service.</p>
