<p>My worst experience with apple iphone and the istore in pavillion i took up a contract with them last year december and after using the device i started experiencing problems with the divce which they claim that the phone has physical and liquid damage the best part of this whole issue is that i've neva droped. The phone and its neva fell into water. So my device was booked in to the service center which was sent back to me wid a million scratchts and dents on the phone and im not getting any answers from as how my device got damaged like that i spoke to the store manager countless times with no responce what so ever they service is reali bad i have to do my own follow ups with them asking them qestions which they have faild to answer im reali disappointed with they service and also the condition of my device cause i booked in a brand new device after 3 months they send my device back to me like its an old phone</p>
