iPhone what am I supposed to do

I bought a new phone a few months ago and a screen protector. The screen protector had a little space on to and the lady kept on applying and reapplying. After that she let me go now all of sudden face Rec doesn’t work and on all my apps. I trouble shooter the problem and it shows that where the Bubble is is where the phone reads the face
