iphone i tunes issues

I have been getting debit orders taking money from my account which I don't have please make sure these funds are reversed cancel this iTunes thing cause R 699 alot of money which I need to feed my kids my number *** Currently my Iphone has been off for 2 months due to it just shut down. this needs to be resolved and funds returned to my account. Imagine debiting my business account and personal account everyday and month
