iPhone Brooklyn and Vodacom Brooklyn
The recent visit to iPhone Brooklyn Mall was to an extend quite good and thank you to the sales lady that did a fine job to assist us. However, it seems there is never enough product and the newest development is the form clients have to sign when screen protectors or camera protectors are purchased and has to be put on a device. A disclaimer if the employee put it on incorrectly or there is bubbles on. My understanding then of this "disclaimer" is that the customer is now paying for the incompetence of the iPhone Store Brooklyn. Luckily this did not happen and protectors were put on correctly. Secondly: the new trainee that "chipped" in whilst helping his client made the remark that it is not their job to deliver this service of putting protectors on phones. They do not offer free services in any case. I truly hope the manager of this review sees it - such a nice product and such an arrogant and untrained staff member! Your rule of the "disclaimer" is ridiculous. Train your staff and offer an extra free service to your clients. You will enjoy the benefits of this gesture. Greed has never benefitted anyone NOR *********** staff. All your staff members should be able to apply, use, insert and explain any product or accessory of iPhone. Lastly: contract cellphone users has to either purchase a new phone; their are no phone made available for Vodacom or any other service provider contract clients. My son was on iPhones' "list" for more than 5 months. No joy. No feedback. No phone. We got a lovely phone at Vodacom Brooklyn and exceptional service. Our sincerest thanks for remembering who the client is.
