iPhone 7 dies

I bought an iPhone 7 earlier in this year and hardly 12 months on the phone dies. It stopped functioning, it does not switch on nor even charge. Have used other brands for years have never seen such ****.

I am sad to see that apple SA does not care about their customers. There are so many complains no resolution nor correspondence from Apple SA. Came to the site to see what needs to be done in this situation and my heart bled when I noted that not many good reviews about the brand and nothing is being done to assist.
