Iphone 6s plus dead pixel-Istore wont do a swap

to whom it may concern,<br> <br> I took out a contract fro my wife at the Istore PE on Saturday, 14 of November 2015. After receiving the device and opening it and using it, my wife notice a dead pixel on the screen. We took the device back to the Istore to confirm if this is the case, or is it just dust under the screen guard. The screen guard was removed by a technician and confirmed that it was definitely a dead pixel. It was also confirmed by two other technicians that it was indeed a dead pixel. Policy and procedure is that they need to send the Phone to JHB to swap it out for a new phone as my wife only used it for two days. The Jhb istore has done its \diagnostic"test and said there is nothing wrong with the display. It is clearly seen on the screen"
