iPhone 6 battery

<p>My two year old iPhone 6 has been tested by iPhone store in Sandton Mall and needs a new battery. I was however told that they do not replace batteries. They would gladly exchange my iPhone at a cost of R5000. As it is the battery life of this iPhone leaves much to be desired and now your phone is worth nothing after just two years.</p> <p>i am not at all happy about this and would like to know why do they not replace batteries.</p> <p>i will think twice before purchasing another iPhone in future.</p> <p> </p>
