iPhone 5, great dissapointment

<p>I have been a committed apple user for years now, but I have been very disappointed in the lack of durability of my iPhone 5. It fell into water for less than five seconds and has completely packed up. I really expected more from Apple. I am not a happy, and will probably no longer be a loyal customer.</p>
