iPhone 13
Apple iphone13, took a contract with Vodacom and after a year and 2monts my iphone13 has stopped working. Warranty only for 1year, istore is charging me R14182.67

26 Apr 2023, 04:30I have tried calling customer care, they assessed my phone and no physical damage or any kind of damage that could have lead to my iPhone 13 not working. I think it’s very unfair for me to pay for a product that clearly seems like a factory fault. I’ve been using iPhone for years but very disappointed with this particular iphone13.
