iPad Air - Apple refusing to take responsibility

I bought a new iPad Air 128 GIG when they were first released in December 2013. After a few weeks the iPad started giving me problems with the \dreaded blue screen"as it is described on the internet. Seems it went into a recovery loop for some few minutes"
