IPAD AIR 2 BENT

I bought an ipad air 2 in December last year. It is the fifth ipad that I own. I am an Apple fanatic. I have 2 macbook pro's, ipod touch, 5 ipads and an iphone. This ipad was meant to be best ipad ever. It definitely looks that way with the display enhancements and feather like weight. I found however that my R10000 ipad has bent. It is housed in a Body Glove case and an second more protective bag with thick foam on either side. I was so disappointed to see this happen after such a short period of time. I love Apple and teach in an \Apple one to one school"and promote the product to anyone I meet. <br> <br> I was further disturbed to find that Apple have assessed the ipad through photos and have decided that it is my fault and not a possible fault of the product. They are so difficult to contact and today I finally got hold of the call centre where I was told that nothing can be done as it is already been assessed. What a waste of my money. My heart is sore with this kind of blanket response after all the money spent on this company and it's products. """
