iOS 26 has ruined my phone.

Apple has ruined my phone with the iOS26 software update, it gets extremely hot, the battery does not last I went from charging my phone from once a day to 5 times daily. The phone sometimes feels like it’s going to explode or burn my ear. My phone is gone so slow it’s lagging, it’s like I’m using an android. I am very disgruntled as I have been using Apple since 2010 and I’ve never experienced this before.
