iCloud - Lost Data

<p>Hi -</p> <p> </p> <p>I have subscribed to iCloud to backup all my photos and videos from my iPhone on a daily basis. I had a bad experience in the past where I lost everything, hence the reason for subscribing. Despite doing this, it now appears that my backups were deleted from iCloud as I can no longer view photos and videos that were previously backed up. I am not sure at what point the deletion happened s I don't log into my account on a daily basis. Both my childrens' birth photos form part of the data that is lost. I am extremely frustrated and cannot find any assistance when I go online, I keep being referred to self-service etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Apple ID is ********** I currently reside in Mauritius and there is no Apple Store for me to go to for guidance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can anyone urgently assist me to restore my data that is lost from iCloud?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Karen</p> <p>+230 5- ********** </p>
