icloud is a ****.

So i am a new video creator and rely heavily on content i have created. Content needs to be uploaded and shared. Said content needs to be downloaded from Icloud. Which literally doesnt work. Flat out refuses, nothing, nada. Is it possible to get a refund for the last 5 years because photos and videos which are 'backed up' cannot be access or downloaded.

I went to an istore and techy admits there is nothing that can be done, unless you free up space on your iphone. (rendering icloud completely pointless). I also have this problem on my mac by the way.

And no its not the internet line speed and yes this is a common problem, Apple you need to sort this **** out asap.

If you need to access videos and photos i would highly recommend going with Android.
