I was ****** by Apple Guy

They are sc*mmers and sell defective phones I bought an iPhone 13, 256G from them on the 06th November 2024 for my daughter's birthday. Collected it 12 Nov from the Cape Town branch. Firstly the phone WhatsApp did work at all no matter how many times we try to receive OTP but WhatsApp was unable to send the OTP to the device. I took it to the nearest istore for them to check it out. I was told it's not a South African phone and did not have authentic iPhone parts. I informed them about the situation and I was told to bring it back they will replace it. It was due to go back the next 2 days. The morning 18th Nov when it was suppose to go back I decided to charge it put it on my pedestal while I was making my bed it fell. The phone had screen protector and cover. I picked it up from the mere fall and it was blank. It had no crack nothing even on the screen protector. I took it in they send it to their technician to be accessed. He called yesterday 05th December saying it will need R6500 to be fixed coz it was cracked. I had my Huawei phone for 4 years it's been falling from high heights I don't know how many times. I have changed the screen protector for more that 6 times. But it had never died just like that. How come now I'm told the phone had cracks when there were none when I took it in???? So on top of the R12 000 i paid received a faulty phone for 1 week i had to pay an extra R6500 and that the warranty does not cover the screen. They put in weak screens and not original iPhone parts in. They way they temper with the phones it's a trap. Fixing their phones is equivalent to buying a new phone. Don’t waste your money on these people, they take your money, have very poor service and they sell defected goods. I feel so ****med.
