I phone11 problem

<div>Hello peter we wantes to complain about the i phone 11 they said it was water proof but when we put it in water it ink came and spreades on the whole screen...when we go to the apple store they said the i phone 11 is not water proof it is splash proof...then when we left the apple store we dis some researching and its said i phones 11 are waterproof for about 30 meters and only go deep 2 meters.so can u please help us</div>
