I PHONE Updates Vodacom stinks with service

<p>Vodacom contract IPHONE SE tried to run the update three times using WIFI is stays unsuccessful , called Vodacom phone was received 1st week in December they want to charge over R400 to do the update, contract is already R330 plus buy data and now every time it needs an update i must pay what type of service is happening in south Africa</p>
