I Phone 6S - Billing Issues | Repair | Warranty - Quote: R263183

<p>I Phone 6S gave problems with battery not lasting, have handed it in at Iphone Store in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth to be sent away and this was the response. </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Representative in shop told me that the Iphone 6S was recalled due to a battery issue and they were replacing all IPhone 6S and that mine would be one of them. </p> <p> </p> <p>- however the screen was cracked I had no problem/issue using it and requested they only repair the battery. </p> <p> </p> <p>2. They told me that they could not fix the battery because the screen was cracked. Yet again I had no problem with the screen but they now do not wnat to recall the device/repair the battery and or do ay work to it so they are sending the phone back?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is that how customers should be handled? </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards, </p>
