I know now that I live in a 3rd world countrry

I found out that my IPhone 6 was remotely hacked by cyber instructed *********. I discovered it when I went to my Photo and they were arranged randomly without me being responsible for it. I also found E-mails informing me of amazing recovery I under went and that it cured my Bi polar. I also went to lunch with people I would be Court dead in public. Now we start: I went to my local MTN shop in the East Rand mall after I had settled my outstanding balance on my account with there Legal partners in full. At the MTN store I asked to phone the customer care centre to in band my account and I told the sale person of my iPhone 6 that I got from them had been remotely hacked and needed to know what to do as the hacker was in possession of all my personal data as well as having access to my EMail and contacts and that this person was adding unbelievebly opseen messages and Emails to my mail box. This could be harmful to my already frail mental and emotional state due to previous people problems that let to my mental condition. They said to make a case at my local police. I did so and was then referred to Apple for asstance. I made an appoint only to find out they can't help me.
