I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED :(

I love apple products. I think they are overpriced, but I love they way they look and the way they work. I have been using apple since I could use technology and I have never had any other computer.

But LET ME EXPRESS MY EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT IN ALL CAPS (so you can understand how extreme my disappointment is).

I bought an iPad Pro from apple just over 2 years ago. Under a year in I started to have technical difficulties with the screen. I have taken it into support repeatedly and I have been told every time that there is nothing wrong with it. This happened until it was out of warranty, where they then said, yes, there is something wrong with it but there is nothing we can do to fix it, you will have to buy a new one or get a replacement model for over R9000.

I don't even know where to start. Firstly, apple, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU MAKE A PRODUCT THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX?! Secondly, why do I have to pay for a hardware fault that I did not cause simply because you failed to acknowledge it before the warranty was up.

But the story gets better from here. My iPad is now barely functioning. Bear in mind that I am an illustrator and I use it for work, so not is this only incredibly frustrating, I have also lost the ability to earn income here. So I decide to claim from insurance for it. After battling with insurance for sometime I can finally claim on the freaking device. I am now going to buy a new one. BUT there is no stock of an iPad 12.9 inch in the entirety of South Africa because you are waiting for the new model to come in. FINE. WHATEVER I WILL FREAKING WAIT ANOTHER TWO MONTHS UNABLE TO DO ANY WORK.

I wait. Patiently. Then I see that the new model is available for preorder. I think, great, finally, I can buy the stupid thing and be done with it. BUT I AM UNABLE TO PREORDER THE IPAD BECAUSE MY CREDIT LIMIT ISN'T HIGH ENOUGH. I don't understand why I couldn't just preorder it via eft. It's not like money from a credit card and money from a bank transfer are worth anything other than money!

So I wait for the iPad Pros to be available to buy online, and once they FINALLY are, they are all OUT OF STOC****!

I am pulling out my hair here apple. If there was someone else who made anything comparable to the Ipad pro in terms of illustration and design, TRUST ME I WOULD MUCH RATHER PURCHASE IT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN YOU. But alas, there isn't. So please, take my money and give me an iPad Pro 12.9 inch 256GB Wifi only model. I don't care about the colour. JUST TAKE MY MONEY! Why is this so difficult?! GAH
