How is it possible for someone to take off my device from my Apple ID without my email and password?

Dont believe that Apple iPhones or your Apple ID is "un hackible". My phone was taken from me Saturday. When I logged into icloud my phone showed offline and decided to give it a few days. I turned on lost mode so that I can be notified when my found was found or connected to the internet!

This evening I received an email that my phone was found and logged into my icloud just to see that my phone was removed from my Apple I Cloud. How is this possible guys?

I will take you to court!
