Horrific Service

<p>I went to an Apple Store at Eastgate Mall as my iphone 5 s says searching for network. I begged for assitance & the consultant at the store said I must book the phone in. I have a funeral at home in Polokwane and people are calling in for funeral details and funeral arrangements but I am unavailable due to the phone not allowing any calls, messages, or anything. I begged the storemanager to assist me as I need to attend to an emergency at home but instead her mocked me and said I must book the phone in without checking if the problem can be solved easily or not. I am hurt, emotional and mostly disappointed at how bad customer service can really inconvenience in a matter of life & death situation.</p>
