horribly slow service and no updates

Booked my phone that is not even a month old as battery was draining very fast and went to give it for repair in apple @ mall of Africa. the day I went, the gentleman said that they can not receive it as their system is down and after arguments they accepted the phone. I was being told that it takes 3 to 5 working days and requested to make it fast. The gentleman said that he will mark it as urgent . All I know is it went to service center for repairs but no updates as of yet on what is going on and when will I get it back? Now when I check with chat support, they have no information on my phone and telling that it takes 5 to 10 working days. Even another one says it is 7 to 10. Please help me out and do something. For a minor battery replacement I don't think you should take 10 days as technically speaking it takes 20 minutes to do that job
