Horrible customer service

I bought an album a week ago and it still will not download I have logged this error and still nobody had contacted me <br> <br> My account is quick to be debited with the money for the album but the help to fox the downloading error is non exsistant this is **** service and very annoying as I don't purchase things to not use them <br> <br> Very disappointed and very annoyed with this nonsense maybe I should throw my iPhone away!!!!<br> <br> Why must we always complain before getting the service one should automatically receive on the first place
