highly oversold services not provided !

i recently purchased my iphone 11 ,because we all know that "iphones are the moast secure phones" but im experiencing the complete opposite .my phone got ****** i called apple and they tell me they cant trace my phone because its personal and its offline .i asked them a simple question why does my phne say iphone is findable when its off ,but for some odd reason you cannot track it when its offline .honestly im higly dissapointed in apple i don't see myself buying this device again in my life .NEVER EVER
