Have booking for 9am, shops closed?

So I booked online two days ago to correct your battery sabotage. I am at I store east gate after having re arranged my entire day, and the shop has a sign on it closed till 10am? So now I have cancelled meetings and taken the morning off to sort out the sabotage of your own products just for this to occur?
