Hacker using my PERSONAL email as Apple ID.....no assistance

I am extremely frustrated with Apple regarding an ongoing and unresolved issue with my Apple ID and email address. Someone else appears to be using my Apple ID without my consent, and as a result, I have been locked out of my own account.

Despite several attempts to regain access and contacting Apple Support through the official channels, I have not received any satisfactory assistance. I am continuously being denied access, and I am no longer able to use services linked to that account.

This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. At this point, I am requesting that Apple permanently delete my Apple ID and all associated data, as I no longer trust the security of the account or the platform's ability to resolve this matter.

I expect a prompt response from Apple and a clear resolution. I should not have to fight to take back control of an account linked to my personal email.
