07 Jun 2026, 05:42My child accidentally subscribed to the Cleaner Guru app on my iPhone, resulting in a charge of R149.99 on 6 June 2026. As soon as I received the bank notification, I immediately cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. The app was never used.I requested a refund through Apple, explaining that the purchase was accidental and made by a child without my permission, but my request was declined.I am disappointed that I am being charged for a service that was never used and was cancelled immediately. I kindly ask Apple and Cleaner Guru to reconsider and issue a refund.Thank you.

08 Jun 2026, 12:03 Update:My concern is not only that the subscription was activated accidentally by my child, but also that the subscription clearly showed a 7-day free trial until 12 June 2026. Despite this, R149.99 was deducted from my account immediately on 6 June 2026.As soon as I received the notification, I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. The app was never used. I do not understand why I was charged immediately when the subscription indicated that the free trial was still active.I am once again requesting that Cleaner Guru review this matter and consider a goodwill refund.
